Understand what we collect when you visit, how we use it, and what we absolutely do not do with your information. Last updated September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

To generate quotes, the form collects just six data points: gender, birth date, self-assessed health status, tobacco use, how much coverage you want, and how many years you want it for. These answers go to the carriers' quoting service and are not saved on this site. You never have to give us your name, address, phone number, or email just to see rates. If you ask for the same quotes again, we may pull them from a quick cache to avoid bothering the quoting service.

Applying

When you move forward to apply, your answers populate the secure application form on the carriers' platform, and you'll operate under their own privacy rules from that point on. Susman Insurance Agency handles your application—they're a licensed California insurance brokerage (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email address, optional phone number, your preference for how we get back to you (phone or email), what your question is about, and your message. The agency receives it by email, using your email address as the reply address. We keep no local record of any message, no submission logs, and no message content is stored. We run a quick spam-check in your browser before the form even sends.

Measurement

We track visits using technology that doesn't require cookies or set any tracking identifiers. Your IP address gets truncated before we save it; we strip away the path information from the websites referring you to us; and anything we do store gets erased after 90 days. If your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't record your visit at all.

What we do not do

We don't trade or share personal data, run advertising networks, or bring in third-party analytics. The only outside tool here is the carriers' application system that appears only if you go to the application page.
